Sweet potatoes are rich in beta‑carotene, vitamin C, potassium, and soluble fiber. They support gut health, stabilize blood sugar, and promote glowing skin. Keeping the skin on adds extra minerals and antioxidants.
Avocado brings creaminess and heart‑healthy monounsaturated fats. These fats support hormone balance, brain function, and long‑lasting fullness — especially helpful for women navigating metabolic or hormonal shifts.
Pumpkin seeds are packed with zinc, magnesium, iron, and plant protein. They support immunity, sleep quality, and muscle recovery. Blended into a sauce, they create a luscious, dairy‑free creaminess.
Cherry tomatoes contribute vitamin C, potassium, and carotenoids such as lycopene. Their acidity and natural sweetness also provide a refreshing contrast to the rich pumpkin seed sauce.
Onions, cilantro, and microgreens pack an antioxidant punch, giving your immune system a natural boost with plenty of Vitamin C.
